WHO WE ARE?
OPENTOUR JSC (Vietnam tourism – Open Investment Joint Stock Company) provides tourist services in Vietnam. Our HEAD OFFICE is located in Hanoi Capital, we cooperate with HANOI TOSERCO (Hanoi Tourist Service Company) under OPENTOUR – SINHCAFE trademark in HANOI.
Our market is from budget traveler who have a chance to join daily typical tours with others, to traveler who wants a customized tours, personalized service and a high quality product, who want to go where they want to go, do what they want to do and have the travel experience they desire.
We care about every person and every tour we do, we try our best for you.

This is what we have been doing since 1998
We are a tour operator (International Tour Operator License No 0744/ TCDL-GPLHQT ), not a travel agency; this means that you are dealing direct with the people who provide the actual services and not through a "broker" who is selling someone else's tour.
This also means that you pay substantially less for the same tour.
Our offices are open all weekdays and our professional staff would be very pleased to promptly answer any of your questions and inquiries regarding travel into and out of Vietnam.
